The NBA's trade deadline is right around the corner, and the Charlotte Hornets have a lot of work to do before then. There is an expectation that multiple members of the organization will be moved before February 8th as the Hornets roster reset is on the cusp of taking shape. This is a team that needs to make the most of this deadline considering the overall lack of teams looking to sell players at the moment, and it could result in the organization acquiring some much-needed draft compensation, in addition to a player or two that is worth taking a flier on.
There are very few players that should be considered off-limits, with a number of players that Charlotte should be aggressively looking to move and a few others that are worth listening on. Some are very obvious, while others are not necessarily the first to come to mind when it comes to who the organization should be looking to move. Charlotte has a roster full of holes, and anyone not named LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, and Mark Williams should be on the table in trade discussions. This team needs to acquire as much talent as possible for the future and should look to build around the aforementioned trio moving forward.
