The Hornets have surprised many with their recent success in the draft by drafting what seem to be franchise cornerstones LaMelo Ball, Mark Williams, and Brandon Miller. Today, we will be looking at how successful the Hornets have been in the draft in their history and if the recent success is something new.

Now, before we begin, to be eligible for this list you have had to actually be drafted and played for the Hornets. I think we all know who would be number one, the late great Kobe Bryant. Or more recently, it would be MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who the Hornets actually selected and traded for forward Miles Bridges and draft picks.
