The Charlotte Hornets have multiple players who could be traded prior to next month’s NBA Trade Deadline, but what could they bring in a trade?

It’s trade season around the NBA, with rumors swirling all across the league. The Trade Deadline is on February 7th, and the Charlotte Hornets could make a move of some sorts prior to that deadline.

On Wednesday, I released an article discussing the five most likely Charlotte Hornets players to be traded. Today, we’ll be looking at what the Hornets could potentially get in return for those players.

Kemba Walker, Marvin Williams, Bismack Biyombo, Jeremy Lamb and Frank Kaminsky are the top candidates to be dealt before the Trade Deadline, in my opinion. You can read more about it down below.

It’s tough to predict how the Hornets will approach the Trade Deadline. Like mentioned in the article above, the success or lack of success could have a lot to do with who potentially is on the move. I see this team as either buyers at the deadline, or sellers.

If things are looking up, looking to add more talent to the roster and parting ways with a draft pick would make sense as they gear up for a playoff run. If things are trending downward, moving key players for more assets would make sense.

Regardless, these are five players to monitor as we get closer to the deadline. Let’s get things started and begin with what All-Star Kemba Walker could bring in return with a trade.
