The Charlotte Hornets are conducting training camp at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina this week, and Tre Mann just gave anyone in the fanbase still concerned with his health a note of reassurance.
"I feel 110% health-wise. I'm able to do everything at both practices on both days," he said on Wednesday. "I've been at it since April, really working and getting my rhythm back. I feel like my rhythm is back now. We've been playing for the last two months and just being around the guys ... just feels real good to keep building what we have."
Obviously, this is exactly what Hornets fans were hoping to hear. Mann had already been given clearance to resume basketball activities earlier in the offseason, but with that said, back injuries can be a real nuisance. I'm sure some were still wondering if it was plaguing him, even in the background. Now, it seems clear that he's in great shape.
And it's not just the fact that Tre said this out loud, it's the tone behind it too. He clearly sounds confident in where his body is at, and ready to get back to being aggressive on the hardwood.

Tre Mann reassured anyone still concerned over his health
Saying that he's been working since April shows us that Mann hasn't just been taking things slow over the summer. It sounds like he's gotten a full offseason of work in, and he even implies that he's back or close to back to the normal rhythm he was in before.
It was going to be crucial for the Hornets to come into this training camp with as close to a fully healthy roster as possible, and Tre showing up in great shape and already having put in months of work is a fantastic sign. He's going to be as important as ever in carrying a portion of the offensive load off the bench.
Mann talking about continuing to "build what we have" should only serve to further fire up fans in Charlotte. Plenty within the fanbase were excited to see him re-sign in the offseason, and now it's clear that he's in a perfect position to help this team continue leveling up.
There should now be no more questions about his health. Tre Mann's back is fully healed, and he's set to be a major needle-mover for the Hornets this season.
